VA Loans – If you are a veteran and would like to find information on VA loan eligibility, you can learn more on the US Department of Veterans Affairs web site. You can also use the mortgage rate survey on this site to search for current rates (just use the drop down selector in the rate survey).
American Financial Resources – They are a national mortgage lender based out of Parsippany, New Jersey that offers 10 year home loan programs as well as a variety of some harder to find products such as mobile home (manufactured) home loans, 203K rehabilitation loans and programs for lower credit score applicants (ie FHA loans, USDA mortgages).
